Torryn P. Brazell, CMP, CAE

Torryn P. Brazell, CMP, CAE, is a credentialing practitioner who has extensive experience in the expansion and development of certification programs, including initial concept, design, subject matter expert facilitation, body of knowledge creation, and implementation. Prior to joining the ABA, she served nine years as executive director of the National Grants Management Association where she developed and launched the Certified Grants Management Specialist (CGMS), the first certification specifically designed for the grants management industry. Brazell holds an MS in Management from Marymount University and a BS in Political Science from Oregon State University, as well as Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and Certified Association Executive (CAE) certifications.

Keri S. Murphy


Keri S. Murphy holds a B.S. in Business Management from Virginia Tech. Prior to joining the ABA as Certification Manager, she worked for the American Academy of Audiology, Contact Lens Society of America, the Commission on Fire Accreditation and the American Automobile Association in various administrative and managerial positions. Keri has several years experience working for associations securing national and state accreditations of continuing education programs for industry professionals. Additionally, Keri has assisted in the planning and coordination of numerous continuing education meetings and conferences.

Kimberly Brown


Kimberly has a strong administrative and financial background. Her past experience includes work in both the mortgage and government contracting industries.
